What a Safety Data Sheet is
A Safety Data Sheet is the manufacturer's formal document describing the hazards of a chemical product and how to handle it safely. It is a different document from a Technical Data Sheet: the TDS tells you how the product performs, and the SDS tells you what it is and how to work with it without harming yourself.
For a Selleys product, the SDS is where you will find:

Home users working in enclosed spaces. Several products in the range are solvent-based. If you are gluing inside a cupboard, a caravan or a closed garage, the SDS is where the ventilation and exposure guidance sits — worth reading before you start rather than afterwards.

Check both before starting an unfamiliar job. The TDS will tell you the product is not suitable for permanent water immersion; the SDS will tell you to ventilate the room.
